American Bullnose is dedicated exclusively to providing our customers with custom-fabricated, high-quality bullnose trim tile on a cost effective and timely basis. Because bullnose trim tile is our only business, we understand the challenges of bullnose. For this reason, we are committed to developing and implementing unique solutions to solve the many bullnose problems that are inherent in today’s tile industry.

What we do

Using your field tile and our state-of-the art equipment, we machine the bullnose profile onto the tile and cut the width to your specifications. We then apply our proprietary, color-matched glaze formula to the bullnose edge and re-fire in our kilns to obtain a hard, long-lasting, high-quality finish. Bullnose from American Bullnose is never painted or “cold-glazed”. Because we manufacture bullnose from your field tile, there is never a dye-lot problem.
